Bootcamp

Training often commences with dynamic strecthing and running, followed by wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling rubber TRX strpas, pushup/situps, pylometriccs, and various types of intense explosive routines. Sessions usually finish with yoga strecting.

CrossFit Kids

The CrossFit Kids program adds functional movements delivered in fun classes into a kid's life to get them moving their bodies and enjoying exercise. By getting our kids to move their bodies, eat right, and enjoy both, they will be unlikely to lead an unhealthy lifestyle ends up with these problems.

Beginner CrossFit

Class designed for those who join regular CrossFit class but never train before, or first time to do CrossFit. Because CrossFit is a complex workout. Our coaches lead each class in the safety way, for every participant to benefit from the exercise.
